While our wine & cocktail infusion kits are designed to be enjoyed as is, they also make equally delicious cocktails, so we're sharing with you a few of our favorites. We've even included ideas for creating non-alcoholic versions. So, let's get to it!
Lychee Elderflower Fizz
Kick off the celebration, with a light and fragrant cocktail that provides an exotic vibe and sets the mood for a playful, and romantic evening. This cocktail uses our Lychee Martini infusion kit, which pairs the tropical notes of lychee with the brightness of citrus, resulting in a lovely burst of flavors.
To prepare for this cocktail, infuse 375ml of vodka or gin with the contents of your infusion kit. If you have a Sweet Kee's infusion jar, you can pour the alcohol directly into the jar. Allow the infusion to sit for a minimum of 24 hours up to 5 days (for best flavor at least 2-3 days is recommended), shaking daily until it reaches your desired strength. Once infused, strain to remove any solids. As a tip, to speed up any infusion, you can give it a gentle shake more frequently to get the flavors inside to integrate more rapidly.
Lychee Elderflower Fizz Cocktail Recipe:
- 2 oz lychee martini infused vodka or gin
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz elderflower liqueur (may substitute with rose water)
- Sparkling water or club soda
- Edible rose petals for garnish (optional)
- Champagne flute or martini glass
- Cocktail shaker
Preparation: Add infused vodka or gin, lemon juice, and elderflower liqueur to a cocktail shaker, and fill it with ice. Shake for 15 seconds until chilled. Strain into a champagne flute or martini glass, and top with sparkling water or club soda. Garnish with edible rose petals if desired.
Mocktail: For an alcohol-free alternative, infuse white grape juice or tonic water instead of vodka or gin, and reduce infusion time to 24-48 hours.
Food Pairings: Light flavors pair well with this floral cocktail. If served with appetizers, a shrimp cocktail, spring rolls, or a classic bruschetta would pair nicely. Citrus and tropical flavors also make great pairings, such as a mixed green salad with citrus vinaigrette, or a tropical fruit salad. For a savory pairing, try pairing with goat cheese & fig preserves, or softer cheeses such as a brie.
Spicy Pineapple Margarita

Mocktail: For an alcohol-free alternative, infuse a zero-proof tequila such as Jalisco 55, Ritual or Free Spirits Non-Alcoholic tequila, or tonic water instead of tequila. Reduce infusion time to 24-48 hours.
Food Pairings: If you are looking to pair this cocktail with small bites or a full meal, spicy foods, tropical flavors, and Mexican-inspired dishes work best. Consider pairing with spicy pork tacos with pineapple salsa, grilled shrimp skewers, a ceviche, or chili-lime corn on the cob.
